It is our “all-in-one” client portal which provides a modern digital interface that can simplify your team’s day-to-day eDiscovery work by providing single sign-on (SSO) access to all Epiq hosted applications (including GoAnywhere). This single sign-on approach also makes it easier to manage end-user access to specific projects, improving the overall security of your environment. Epiq Access acts as the user interface for the Epiq Service Cloud*.
With Epiq Access you login once to access all of your applications – you no longer need to remember different passwords for multiple legal systems. Once signed on, team members can use Epiq Access to submit and track work requests for an easier, streamlined process, quicker turn-around time, and great visibility into your eDiscovery workflow. It is poised to become the singular portal into your Epiq portfolio and projects.
You receive a notification email from Epiq notifying you Epiq will be moving GoAnywhere managed file transfer URL to Epiq Access
If you don't already have access to Epiq Access within a few days you should receive a welcome email from Epiq Access requesting you to login and set your password from Epiq Access.
That is it! You no longer need to use the transfer.epiqglobal.com GoAnywhere managed file transfer URL.

Just like you put username and password into GoAnywhere you will put username and password into Epiq Access instead.
If you use multiple Relativity instances you only need to login once to access all your GoAnywhere and Relativity instances.
You still access those URLs from https://access.epiqglobal.com
Will I be able to login to my old Relativity URL instead of Epiq Access?
You will be able to access GoAnywhere sites during our conversion to Epiq Access. After the conversion is complete, you will only be able to access your URLs from Epiq Access.
Yes! Epiq Access Penetration testing is done regularly in line with our security testing protocols.
