Document review, when done well, contains an ideal mix of people, process and technology. COVID-19 restrictions caused eDiscovery teams and service providers to rapidly (and abruptly) shift from a “clean room” to a work-from-home environment, accelerating the digital transformation of document review. For Epiq, this shift included standing up secure technology platforms and processes—the process and technology part of the equation—but also serious consideration regarding people. We initially asked, and we continue to ask, “since effective teams are an integral part of best-in-class document review, how can we ensure our teams continue to work in a collaborative and effective environment?”

During this engaging discussion we presented results from our recent study regarding the effectiveness of digital document review environments. Study inputs included data from almost 200 projects, and qualitative and quantitative research with Epiq clients and document review team members.

In this recorded Webinar you will gain:

  • A nuts and bolts perspective: A behind the scenes look at the technology and security behind Epiq’s Remote Document Review environment
  • A data perspective: How the new remote document review environment is impacting review quality
  • A reviewer’s perspective: Key learnings from working in a collaborative, remote document review environment
  • A client’s perspective: Is a remote document review environment delivering results?
  • A future perspective: What have reviewers, clients and technology leaders learned from this experience, and how will those learning impact the future of document review?
