Joe has been with Microsoft for just over a year and has 26 years of experience with Microsoft solutions.  Before joining Microsoft, he spent the largest part of his career as a Systems Infrastructure Architect specializing in Microsoft at Telerx Marketing a subsidiary of Merck.  More recently Joe has been in the consulting space for the last 7 years of his career before joining Microsoft, doing primarily migrations to O365/M365 and Azure as well as security and compliance engagements in those environments.  Joe has some specialization in Exchange and has been working with it since version 5.0.
