Managing compliance to global and regional privacy regulations can be challenging. Your organization must have rigorous data privacy policies and practices, including GDPR & CCPA compliance, in place to avoid potential litigation and regulatory investigations.

Join top privacy practitioners Alan Friel, Jeewon Serrato, and Heidi Maher as they share their real-life experiences in helping enterprises apply emerging tech products to operationalize data privacy compliance.

Using their direct experiences, the speakers will highlight areas of critical importance which may not be immediately recognized as a priority, using the OneTrust technology platform as an example.

Key learning objectives:

  • How to deal with a constantly changing landscape of data, complexities, mergers/divestitures, etc.
  • The prime-use cases that tech products effectively address
  • In what ways technology will continue to drive efficiencies in proactive business processes
  • Is a privacy program management software platform the answer
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) - where and how does it fit into the mix
