Adam Pulaski

Adam has successfully represented clients against corporations like Eli Lilly, Equifax, General Motors (GM), GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, Target, Toys R Us, Volkswagen, and Zimmer. Further, he has successfully represented clients against some of the largest insurance carriers in the country, and abroad.

Currently, Adam is litigating active dockets against GSK, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, Chubb, Lloyds of London, State Farm, FM Global and others. In May, 2020, Adam was appointed Co-Lead Counsel of MDL 2924 in the Southern District of Florida by Judge Robin Rosenberg. Further, Adam sits on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the State Court consolidation representing his clients against the manufacturer of JUUL.

Adam was born in Houston, Texas. He was admitted to the Bar in 1991 and is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
