	Daniel Colgan Partner, DLA Piper - Brussels Daniel's practice includes advising on a wide range of complex competition law issues in an international context, covering both the EU and national regimes. In particular, he has managed numerous complex multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings and major high-profile global cartel matters involving coordinated investigations by multiple competition authorities worldwide.
	Jean-Nicolas Maillard Partner, Dentons - Brussels Jean-Nicolas’ practice focuses on EU and French competition law, in particular cartel and other antitrust investigations. Over the last few years, he has represented companies in connection with numerous EU and French Competition Authority cases and related litigation and has been defending several follow-on litigation cases in French courts. He also works closely with suppliers on all issues connected to the distribution of their products and services in Europe.
	Takeshige Sugimoto 杉本武重 Managing Partner, S&K Brussels - Tokyo/New York Take Sugimoto’s practice focuses on EU/US data protection laws representing numerous clients across multiple industry sectors in their global data protection compliance matters as well as more than a few Binding Corporate Rules review procedures negotiating with European data protection authorities. His practice also includes EU competition law area where he represented companies in international cartel cases, merger filings and a gun-jumping case as well as in counseling matters on business alliance and distribution issues.
	Toshiaki Tada 多田敏明 Partner, Hibiya Sogo Law Office - Tokyo Tosh Tada’s practice focuses on Competition Law area representing clients in international and domestic cartel/bid-rigging cases and merger cases. He has also represented companies in unfair trade practices at the JFTC hearing/commitment procedure and in civil injunction and numerous civil damage cases at courts. He devotes himself to counseling on vertical restraint issues and unilateral conduct area.
